Who Are TSP & The Clicker Girls?

The Clicker Girls began as a manufacturers rep for eInstruction helping teachers acquire Classroom Performance Systems or ‘clickers’. Along the way we found complementary technology that we truly believe benefits our clients so we have evolved to TSP, Technology Solutions Provider.We work with School Districts, Administrators and Teachers in Mississippi and Alabama. Our mission is to provide the best possible service to help educators improve learning by using 21st century technology.

Our History

The Clicker Girls began with Roxanne Batson, who became an educational consultant and manufacturers rep for eInstruction in 2005.  Prior to that time she had been a business and sales manager  for two companies and enjoyed 12 years as a financial consultant for one of the leading investment firms on Wall Street.

Excited by the prospects of helping educators reach digital age students as well as students like herself who had become ’uninvolved and unengaged’ Roxanne decided to make a difference for students by helping educators meet the challenge by implementing interactive technology.

In 2007, Mur Feldman joined Roxanne at which time they officially formed ‘The Clicker Girls’.  Mur taught both science and physical education at the k-12 level prior to becoming a mortgage broker after several years spent raising her children.  Mur found there was a great need for educators to identify new methods of involving students so they could learn and she loves training them!

West Martin came on board in 2008 . That was the year of transition for The Clicker Girls as they added one more consultant, this time a guy!  West was working in education as a leading educational consultant  for a manufacturer specializing in interactive whiteboards. More than anything he wanted to work with schools to make a difference, but also wanted the ability and more freedom to make an impact by owning his own company. That’s when he decided to join the company.

During that year the group began to grow, adding trainers who could help their teachers get up and running with the new technology.  Today they offer Professional Development Seminars all over Alabama and Mississipi.

Great service to great clients has enabled continued growth.

In  mid-2009 we grew some more!

Andrew’s previous experience as a technology director for a school district, college instructor and then network installer and administrator has proven invaluable to Mississippi educators.

Heather Britnell,  a former teacher who is now getting her Doctorate in Cognitive Studies, has also become an important member of the team in the area of professional development and training.

UPDATE!!!!

We’ve brought on Will Matthews, a former teacher and coach in west Alabama. Will has brought a wealth of knowledge and energy to the team!

Will worked with underprivileged, poverty stricken students in rural West Alabama for years as a History Teacher and football coach.

His teaching and motivational methods enabled him to significantly improve graduation exam scores, help students acquire scholarships, and eradicate all discipline problems.

By the end of Will’s high school teaching tenure, his senior class received more scholarship money then any other class in the school’s history.

He still is a personal tutor and trainer to numerous athletes, professional, and students, Will generates growth through motivation.

Will’s passion has always been helping kids and serving others. He is active in theater, motivational speaking, radio, and life coaching. His life-story enables him to relate with students in any classroom atmosphere. He is a tremendous advocate of captivating students by engaging, integrating technology, and being mobile.
